Katherine came to us at a time that we were really struggling with our three children. Discipline was non existent and the house was in constant chaos. Katherine arrived and immediately I felt calm. She was so reassuring and knowledgeable. She understood immediately the issues we were facing and after our initial chat I felt heard and understood.
Throughout the weekend, she worked incredibly hard, she never took her eye off the children, feeding back to us constantly, guiding us, explaining to us. It all made perfect sense and Katherine helped us see how simple and wonderful life with our children could be once we have the right tools to set boundaries and regain control of our household.
By the time Katherine was leaving, despite wishing she was staying (!!), we felt equipped to move forward and we haven’t looked back. I’m now enjoying parenting so much more. Our children are happier and life feels easier. Katherine has kept in touch and it’s so reassuring to know that she’s at the end of the phone anytime we need her. We couldn’t be more grateful to Katherine for sharing her knowledge and expertise with us and for giving us the family life that we have always wanted!
